Peter Dunn, three, was walking along Marfield Street with his father, Stuart, on October 16 when a number of fireworks were set off at the side of the road leaving the toddler distraught.

A Glasgow three-year-old was left distressed after a man allegedly set off fireworks in the middle of the pavement on October 16.

Seconds later a number of fireworks went off, with one even shooting underneath a passing car. The incident left wee Peter screaming in fear. "This is a busy road, there are kids out playing and I had a three-year-old with me. The fireworks lasted a good few minutes and one of them flew underneath a car on the road.
