Helen Neil attended a jobs fair at the Silverburn shopping centre in 2021 and was employed at The Perfume Shop. She is now calling on others to attend the fair - which returns this week.
A woman who was anxious about returning to work after taking a career break became team leader at The Perfume Shop, inside the Silverburn shopping centre, thanks to a job fair.

The range of vacancies available include both part-time and full-time roles, along with permanent and temporary Christmas contracts. Many of the roles are flexible and would suit students, working parents or those looking to return to work. “You never know where a role is going to take you. I was only supposed to be here for a few months, but it’s been six years!
