GMB’s Piers Morgan ‘felt let down’ by Susanna Reid when he walked out of the show
Piers Morgan still feels “let down” by his former Good Morning Britain co-hosts after he controversially walked out on the ITV daytime show, a source has told us.
The tweet was a reaction to Gary’s many colleagues, including Ian Wright and Alan Shearer, refusing to appear on the BBC sports show after the pundit was suspended for slamming the government’s new asylum policy. They added that the pair – who were last seen posing for a picture together at an awards bash in November 2022 – don’t have the bond they once did.
Piers’ barbed tweet came after he took a swipe at Susanna, 52, in January, referring to her as “poor old woke Susanna”. But their working partnership ended in March 2021 after Piers stormed off the show following a row over comments he made about Duchess Meghan – and then quit.
