Good Morning Britain's Susanna Reid had to interrupt an interview and tell a guest off for being 'rude' in an awkward clash.
However, given their guests’ political pedigree, the questioning soon turned to the current turmoil in government and the Labour party conference, as Susanna asked the Baroness for her verdict on Keir Starmer. “So clearly whatever you’re saying is not cutting through. The vision of Britain you’re presenting, people aren’t buying. Ultimately, you can’t just sit back and wait for –”
She replied: “No, you just interrupted someone who hadn’t finished and then said, ‘Let me finish’. Why don’t we allow Baroness Warsi to finish?” Campbell then relinquished the point, turning to the Baroness and saying: “Go on then. Do you think I spoke over you?”
