Former Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has showed off her incredible three-and-a-half stone weight loss as she hinted there are "bigger changes" to come in the new year. As 2022 draws to a close, Amy shared a reel documenting her progress over the last 12 months with her 79,000 followers on Instagram.
Amy, who appeared on the Channel 4 show with her parents and brother Josh until 2018, recently revealed she had lost around three stone in just six months. She has previously explained that one her her motivations for losing weight was being trolled online, reports The Mirror. In her Instagram post, alongside the reel, she wrote: "Big changes this year and even bigger changes coming next year." Many of Amy's followers rushed to compliment and encourage her in the comments.
Instagram Nikki G posted: "You look incredible" and Dani Alexander added: "Smashing it". Alix Gillies commented: "U look absolutely amazing xx" and Jo Hollis declared: "Super proud of you!"
