Graham Potter wants three members of his backroom staff to join him at Chelsea, including the guy reponsible for the signings of Cucurella and Caicedo. CFC
Recruitment analyst Kyle Macaulay is among the three, who has worked with Potter at Ostersunds, Swansea and Brighton as a recruitment analyst, identifying and signing transfer targets.
Potter also hopes to bring his assistant Billy Reid and coach Bjorn Hamberg, who were also both with him at Ostersunds, Swansea and Brighton.
