GRAND DESIGNS returns to the television screens tonight, and presenter Kevin McCloud meets a couple converting a Grade II listed folly into a family home. The family moved into the completed home within six months.
They also set aside a budget of £200,000 to get all the work done, despite the tower being completely derelict.
