Ahead of Channel 4's SU2C season, The Great Celebrity Bake Off has revealed the star-studded line-up taking to the Bake Off tent this year, from singers to actors, and even an Olympian!
The Great Celebrity Bake Off has pulled out all this stops this year as it makes its highly-anticipated return to Channel 4 as part of Stand Up to Cancer 2023.
Immediately after the news was announced, fans could hardly contain their excitement at such a prolific and star studded line-up, with many taking to social media to share their thoughts.A second also agreed, as they wrote: “Omg I all of them! Cannot wait to watch and laugh!”Before a fourth weighed in: “That is quite a line-up! All for a good cause and with fun.”
Jesy Nelson Former Little Mix star turned solo singing sensation Jesy Nelson will also be trying her hand at impressing the judges as she takes on the annual baking challenge in the hope of being crowned the star baker. Deborah Meaden Dragon’s Den icon and entrepreneurial genius Deborah Meaden will also be getting stuck into the series this year, despite having previously confessed she was “rubbish” at cooking while attending the Nourish Awards. She previously said: “I have never ever cooked a meal in my life but I do like food."
Tim Key Another comic turning his hand to baking this year is Tim Key, who again, fans may recognise from his recent appearance on Taskmaster. However, he is best known for playing Alan Partridge's sidekick Simon in Mid Morning Matters, Alpha Papa, and This Time. He later delighted audiences on ITV dating show Take Me Out, before securing his lucrative BBC motoring gig on Top Gear.
