As temperatures fall and energy bills rise, hundreds of 'warm hubs' are opening across Greater Manchester as a lifeline for those in need.
Many public libraries have been made available as 'warm hubs' and ' neighbourhood living room hubs ' providing a welcoming atmosphere with Wi-Fi. Charities and community hubs are also providing heated spaces where people can go to stay warm and grab a free tea or coffee.Here are just some of the warm bank services available across all ten Greater Manchester boroughs this winter:
