Temperatures could reach as high as 21C this week
Greater Manchester's weather forecast is finally due to start improving, according to experts from the Met Office.
This could set the trend for the rest of the week. By this afternoon, temperatures are expected to rise significantly to 16C alongside sunny intervals. On Thursday, the weather will be much more settled, with an average temperature of 16C that will last throughout the whole day. However, while there will be no rain, that doesn't mean there will be much sun, with the Met Office predicting cloudy conditions throughout the majority of the early afternoon and evening.The Met Office added for Thursday: "Probably turning cloudier from the south on Thursday with the chance of rain or showers later.
