Cute puppies couldn't deal with vanishing floor

It’s not just humans who get the willies on glass-bottomed suspension bridges – dogs do too.Chinese security guards had to step in and help a pack of implausibly cute dogs which had followed tourists onto a 30-foot section of the bridge at Shiniuzhai Scenic Spot.

The guards quickly herded the tiny dogs off the glass section – noting that they could easily have slipped through the alarmingly large gap at the bottom of the fence. Security guard Xiong Yin, 35, said: ‘Some of the dogs did not seem to mind but the rest did not want to step on the glass. ‘They were very popular with tourists that had been posing for pictures with them. But it was dangerous.’Some of the dogs radiated a serene calm. Others were having a full-on meltdown At 300-metres-long and 550 feet, it became really famous when the glass floor was added this year, with further glass expected to be added across the whole bridge next year.
