Without it, the product becomes "diluted", rendering it useless and resulting in a waste of conditioner. The expert, who caters to famous clients like Nicola Roberts and Laura Whitmore has shared his top tips to get the most out of your hair care.
"Long hair can hold a huge amount of water which then dilutes your lovely conditioner, leaving you with nothing but a watery residue."
