Cholera has so far killed 283 people in the Caribbean nation and more than 14,000 suspected cases have been reported, according to Haiti's United Nations humanitarian chief. Around 155,000 people have been internally displaced due to insecurity.
An emergency appeal aimed at raising more than $145m to contain the spread of cholera in the nation was launched in November. Around $23.5m has been donated so far, said Ms Richardson.
