Bryony Gordon, 40, a journalist, author and award-winning mental health advocate, hosted the Duke of Sussex on her Mad World podcast when he gave his first interview about his mental health struggles back in 2017., she said Harry has found a ‘sense of purpose’ after stepping down as a senior working royal and relocating to the States.
Ms Gordon went on: ‘He knows he has made mistakes – who among us hasn’t? – but he now sees that the most efficient way to live is truthfully, and not just by the expectations of others.’as part of an Apple TV+ series with Oprah Winfrey titled The Me You Can’t See, which will start on the £4.99/month streaming service next Friday, May 21.
It will feature pop superstar Lady Gaga, who has already appeared in a video with Harry’s brother the Duke of Cambridge, and actress Glenn Close talking about combating the stigma around mental health. Speaking at the start of Mental Health Awareness Week, Harry said: ‘We are born into different lives, brought up in different environments, and as a result are exposed to different experiences.
