One of the UK’s largest independent healthcare providers is looking to recruit over 100 new employees in Glasgow to tackle the care home staffing crisis.
The search for workers is part of a nationwide recruitment drive which will see over 800 jobs created across Alan Logan, care assistant at Burlington Court Care Home, Glasgow said: “I chose to work in care because I wanted to be in a role where I was able to help people live comfortably and support them through their later years.
"Since coming back I’ve valued how supportive and compassionate our team are, as well as building close personal relationships with our residents.
