A grieving Lanarkshire woman has opened up about the loss of her mum after she was diagnosed with a brain tumour after she became confused and fell at her home in Hamilton.

A heartbroken Lanarkshire woman has shared her grief as she opened up about the loss of her mum who was diagnosed with a brain tumour after falling at her home in Hamilton.

Over the coming months her health deteriorated before she passed away at Hairmyres Hospital on Thursday, October 19. "We phoned an ambulance and they took her up to Wishaw General Hospital and admitted her straight away.
