'I don't know what's wrong with me'
Speaking to fans on Instagram, the former Blackburn student confessed she's "bad" at being on her own following her split from footballer Scott Sinclair. The former Coronation Street actress, opened up about recent troubles she's been having with her car, revealing she'd broken down while in the vehicle with her two year old son Charlie.
Not long after, Helen shared another emotional Instagram Story where she opened up about being on her own. "I'm really bad at being on my own. I constantly have to have my friends with me or be with me kids. I just can't sit there with me and my own thoughts," the star candidly revealed, OK reports. Helen has spoken about heading back into the jungle, saying this time is "going to be different" to when she first appeared on I'm A Celeb 10 years ago.
She added: When I went in the jungle the first time, I didn’t prepare at all. I didn’t have a clue what I had let myself in for and I cried even when my phone got taken off me after landing in Australia.
