Helen Skelton has shared an emotional post marking her daughter's first birthday after a whirlwind year for the TV presenter.
"You are the most adorable little girl who stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on you. We hope your day is fun and everything you deserve it to be. Helen has been adjusting to life as a single mum over the last year after her rugby league star husband separated from her after eight years of marriage. After her heartache, Helen threw herself into BBC dance series Strictly, admitting she felt like a ‘different person’ on the show following a difficult few months.
