Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton has shared that normal life has resumed in her home following Saturday night's Strictly final.
Adding text to the pic, she wrote: "Did a food shop whilst eating a baguette. Kids made me make tea whilst dressed as an elf. Back to life with a bang." With tears streaming down her face, Helen replied: "I can outwardly see how different I am and you have made me remember who I am and that is the biggest and kindest and best thing anyone can ever do for somebody.Following the final, Gorka took to social media to thank Helen for their time on the show together.
