Jordan Henderson bids emotional farewell to Liverpool as he nears Al Ettifaq move
Jordan Henderson has announced his departure from Liverpool in an emotional social media post.Henderson has said his goodbyesHenderson, 33, leaves the Reds as a Premier League and Champions League winner during a 12-year career with the Merseyside team.
The former Sunderland star, who became Liverpool captain in 2015, is set to earn £700,000-per-week in the Middle East. Captioning a video going through his career highlights, Henderson wrote: "It's hard to put these last 12 years into words and it's even harder to say goodbye. I will always be a Red. Until the day I die.
