The woman was taken to hospital after the incident near Drake's Pool yesterday, May 14.
Two heroes dived into a river to help rescue a woman after her car veered off a harbour and plunged into the water.Mercy crews raced to the scene, including fire crews who also helped with the rescue effort. The woman was the sole occupant of the car and it is believed that she escaped serious injury but was taken to Cork University Hospital for further assessment, reports Cork Beo.
