Last year, fans were left ecstatic following the release of Hocus Pocus 2, starring the original three witches, Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy
Halloween just keeps on getting better and better. Last year, fans of the iconic film Hocus Focus were treated to a second offering, almost 30 years after the release of the first movie.
Right now - other than that it’s been given the greenlight - not much else is known about the third film. Including whether Sarah, Bette and Kathy have been cast again, or what the potential storyline would be. Interestingly, Bette Midler opened up about how she’d always wanted to make a sequel. The 77 year old revealed that if she was offered one, she always hoped it would be for her 1996 film, The First Wives Club.“After 30 years with no sequel to Hocus Pocus, I've always been envious of people who get to do their favourite character more than once. The fact that we got to do this finally, after 30 years of promoting the idea, I'm glad we got to do it.
