Holly Willoughby shared behind-the-scenes footage from her time filming Midsomer Murders in 2021 ahead of her pre-recorded appearance.
The This Morning star, 42, is set to make her acting debut on the ITV drama this weekend in scenes that were filmed over two years ago. Rochelle Humes and Andi Peters were hosting the flagship ITV show on Friday as Holly was featured for a pre-recorded behind-the-scenes look at her starring role.
In the clip, Holly said: "I've finally arrived. Dreams are coming true. You're witnessing the birth of an acting star, probably not. The TV favourite shared that she will be playing herself in the drama series and will appear in two scenes. "Tomorrow there is a behind the scenes look at what we got up to on This Morning and then Sunday 8pm the episode, The Witches of Angels Rise, broadcasts on ITV."
