Hollyoaks star Jessica Ellis is thought to have split up with her fiance two years on from his proposal.
The source said: "Jessica has quietly split from Matt after they decided marriage really wasn't going to work. When Jessica got engaged to Matt, she had posted a happy photo of them together pointing out her sparkling engagement ring and looking thrilled, with the caption: "Well yesterday was a bit of alright thanks to my fiancé."
"I’ve known about six months. I had to keep it a secret but obviously my family knew but… I think Kieron’s still in denial.Her character Tegan came to a grisly end on the soap when she was killed off during the 2018 storm storyline.
