The family demanded a full refund
A mum has warned holidaymakers about her ‘horrendous’ break to Butlin’s which left her 10-year-old daughter with flea bites. Lisa Gray, 40, took her two daughters, Hannah, 10, and Sophie, 15, to Butlin’s Minehead expecting a lovely long weekend away. However, soon all the excitement turned sour.
"We carried on with the rest of the day and evening but Hannah couldn't enjoy the swimming pool because the bites were hurting her." "That's when I saw fleas on the sofa and they were just jumping all over the place. I got everybody out of the room and I started seeing fleas on my friend's son's arms. They had been going between the two rooms. "
