The 15-year-old suffered fatal injuries after being attacked in Horsforth at around 3pm on Tuesday
The teenage boy stabbed to death outside a Leeds primary school has been named locally as Alfie Lewis.
On Tuesday evening another teenager was being questioned by detectives at West Yorkshire Police following the attack as they launched a murder investigation. The Go Fund Me page says: "Alfie was a kind and thoughtful boy who had all of his friend’s best interests at heart. He was loving, mischievous, adventurous and, as such, extremely popular. He was everything a 15 year old child should be and his life was senselessly taken from him before he had the chance to grow into it.
Senior investigating officer Detective Chief Inspector Stacey Atkinson said: "Our investigation is at an early stage and we are carrying out extensive enquiries to establish exactly what led to this needless loss of a young man's life.
