Olivia Pratt-Korbel was the third young person killed by gun crime in six days in Merseyside
Olivia Pratt-Korbel's family were "heartbroken" when they read about Ashley Dale's killing only to find themselves in the same position 24 hours later.
Olivia's mum Cheryl Korbel's cousin Antonia Elverson remembered how the family were "heartbroken" when they heard about Ashley Dale on the news only to find themselves grieving for nine-year-old Olivia 24 hours later.Antonia said gun crime at the time had been “out of control”. She said: “There’s no words to describe that.
“It hasn’t just rocked the community. It hasn’t just rocked the city, it’s rocked the country, it’s rocked the nation. Gun crime has to stop. Knife crime has to stop.”
