12 items sitting in your home that could be worth hundreds on eBay
Many of us have old household items in our home we no longer use - whether they're gathering dust in the loft, or simply hidden in the back of a cupboard.
However, some of these long forgotten items could actually be worth a considerable amount of money, with research from eBay finding that Brits could make £477 from selling unused household products. Some of the most profitable items on the online marketplace include bicycles, tablets and video games consoles.
To kickstart 2023, eBay is encouraging people to join the ReSELLution, helping people declutter their homes whilst boosting their bank balance after the expensive Christmas period. During January, those who make their first sale on eBay will not have to pay selling fees on their listing, making it easier to profit from your unwanted goods.
"Which is why we're launching the ReSELLution in January - a movement designed to get the nation decluttering and making some extra cash post-Christmas. At eBay we're on a mission to help you save money, but also keep items in circulation and ultimately support your lifestyle as we kick off a new year."
