The new council house site in Brandon Street, being delivered by developer CCG (Scotland) Ltd, is home to ground source heat pumps which help reduce heating emissions and make homes more energy efficient.

Scotland’s Housing Minister visited a new council house site in Motherwell, to see first-hand how North Lanarkshire Council aim to meet ambitious net zero targets.
