by now - a new, continuous cough, a high temperature, the loss of smell and taste. But this terrible virus manifests differently within everyone. COVID can present itself in embarrassing and seemingly superficial ways that actually have long term mental and physical effects, like hair loss and mouth ulcers. It can make us feel unfit, breathless, winded – sometimes long after the initial recovery period of 10 days.
