An attempt to put a premature halt to a controversial low traffic neighbourhood trial in Exeter has been rejected by councillors, after active travel campaigners branded a report submitted to the local authority, which advised that the scheme could be abandoned early if its targets weren’t met within weeks, “flawed” and “biased”.
