Dr Sean McMahon passed away after becoming unwell at South Lakes Leisure Centre in Craigavon on Tuesday evening
Warm tributes have been paid to a young doctor who died suddenly just days before he was due to get married after falling ill at a leisure centre in Northern Ireland earlier this week.
Paying tribute the Southern Health and Social Care Trust described Dr McMahon as “a highly respected and valued member of the anaesthetic team in the Trust, working in the locality which he knew so well and had settled in.” Hundreds of people, including many of Dr McMahon’s work colleagues, have also been sharing their heartbreak and shock at his sudden passing, describing him "as the smartest most caring doctor who was always putting others before himself".
