Clarkson’s column about Meghan Markle has become the Independent Press Standards Organisation’s most complained about article which has, so far, received over 17,500 complaints. The Sun has since withdrawn the column at the request of Clarkson.The singer-songwriter – who rose to fame when her debut albumearned two MOBO awards and a Mercury Prize nomination – addressed the backlash to his newspaper column, which was branded “vile” by critics.
