I'm A Celebrity… South Africa viewers have predicted an upcoming "feud" and drama in camp after Gillian McKeith ruffled feathers in the kitchen.
She said: "Carol, I've got this whole OCD thing... my cleanliness, I don't know how you are, but you know, I'm going to save my thing, my plate..."
