Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly have given a behind the scenes look at their days while filming I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here in a video which ended with Ant telling his co-host: 'Let's go to bed!'

But Ant and Dec's day actually starts hours before they are seen on air, with the video posted to their joint Instagram page showing the pair getting out of their car at the studio at 4am.
