ImACelebrity star Seann Walsh recalls career low after Strictly scandal
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! star Seann Walsh revealed the lowest point in his career to campmate Babatúndé Aleshe on Wednesday’s episode.
Remembering the experience as they did the washing up, Seann said: “15 nights/16 nights at the Apollo. So funny, it’s the classic you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone. It’s that cliché. It’s like, ‘Oh, I was doing well. I didn’t realise.’” Seann continued: “My agent said, ‘There’s nothing I can do. I’m sorry, I’ve tried. I’ve tried everything.’ Do you know what I did, I thought, I’ve got to learn to drive.
“I made the smart choice, left acting and I was just working, normal 9 to 5. Then a month later, everything changed. Mo [Gilligan] invited me to do a podcast with him and then he was like, ‘Oh, do you want to come on tour with me?’
