I'm A Celebrity ...Get Me Out Of Here! fans rushed to Twitter as they clocked a mistake while hosts Ant and Dec were leading into a popular segment on the ITV reality show. Viewers were left confused as they introduced the wrong person during Tuesday night's episode .
