“Do you want to look like Thor? Do you just wanna get ripped? Do you wanna maybe work on, like me, my bad wrist, my bad joints, all the years of damage to my brain.” Cerrone revealed that since bringing his epic UFC stint to an end he has put on 45lbs and is in the best shape of his life during a time most athletes struggle to stay in shape.
He added: “I was 175lbs pretty much my entire UFC career. I’m now 220[lbs] and I’m starting to really shred up and put on a lot of muscle mass and you can really tell.“Just OVER the last few videos I’ve had people like, ‘Wow, you’re a lot bigger!’ Well, yeah! I’m on the good s***. Transcend is legit, it comes right to your door.”
