The cost of living crisis has seen more and more people looking for ways to top up their monthly pay packet. Side hustles have always been a thing, but they undoubtedly became more popular during the pandemic.
One of those people is Jamal Maynard from Stretford who works as a website project manager for a PR company. The 29-year-old also runs his own clothing brand and art collective called ' Freequency' which merges two long held passions of his in fashion and music. Speaking on how he copes with the hectic schedule he said: "I honestly don't know how I do it. It’s something I’d do full time if I had the chance to, I have a lot more time in the summer.
Go Doodle, is portable reusable silicone colouring mat for kids which was made to give parents a different way to keep their children occupied when out and about or at home. “I’m not a marketeer or designer by background so it was learning how to use new software like Adobe, I had to build a website as well, I’ve never done it before but I had to do it myself.”
