The Glasgow Times is on the hunt for the best takeaway lunch spot in the city. We are looking for your recommendations across the city centre, North Glasgow, East End, Southside and West End, and will be judging food based on Value for Money, Taste, Atmosphere, Service and Variety.I have never had KoreanGlasgow too has quite a few places that serve a variety of dishes from the Asian country but I went for the one right at the heart of the city centre.

They offer corndogs, - which is a sausage on a stick, covered in cornmeal batter and deep-fried-, Tteobokki - a meal of spicy stir-fried rice cakes - and more. On its own, the corndog, I think, is enough for a midday bite and the complete meal will fuel you until dinner for sure. You can sit in the canteen-style space in front of the window, but I opted to take away as we have been doing since the beginning of our series. The food came in a comfortable brown bag with handles, which I especially appreciated walking back to the office in the rain.

For me, this meal was a success but I cannot overlook the price, which came to a total of £10.10, due to the takeaway bag.
