The shop sprawls across two previously empty units
I have never been one for a bargain store I prefer to just pilfer my way through the reduced section of Tesco at 9pm every evening. However, the new B&M in Southport’s Central 12 shopping park enticed me.READ MORE: Shock and anger as Boots to close Liverpool city centre store
The second is that it is massive and you get the scope of just how big the B&M is when you walk through the door. The high ceilings only add to the fact and the aisles stretch nearly as far as the eye can see. Up to that point it was pretty standard but what impressed me most was what else B&M had to offer. It had an extensive homeware section with lots of variety with curtains retailing anywhere from £25 up to £60.
There was also a host of towels, knives, pots, pans and, cushions to choose from. One of the things that struck me most about B&M was the broad selection of goods and just an aisle over from the homeware I found myself in the seasonal product aisle, that was already packed with goodies ahead of Halloween.
