Police are appealing for witnesses regarding the incident on Tuesday, January 3 in Granville Road, Watford, at around 2.10pm.
They said a man was reportedly physically assaulted as unsuccessful attempts were made to steal his wallet.Today , DC Natalie Bannister said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and we are releasing this CCTV image because we believe the individual pictured may have been in the area at the time and could assist with our investigation.“Is this you, or do you recognise this person?
