Inquest to hear concerns that alarms were 'muted' before tragic death of two-month-old

A pre-inquest review has been held into the death of a two-month-old baby in Bolton. The family of Louella Sheridan are concerned 'red flags' were missed which led to the death of Louella on April 24 this year.

On the morning of April 24 her mother, Casey Quigley, discovered Louella unresponsive and raised the alarm but attempts to resuscitate the baby were unsuccessful. Louella's mother and father, Granville Sheridan, have raised concerns over their baby's care and say they think mistakes were made, including an alarm on Louella's bed monitoring her oxygen levels being muted some time before Casey found her unresponsive.
