Interactive exhibition where LGBTQ+ people can ‘feel like part of the art’
The Arts Bar, Baltic, is about to launch their first event, Dip into Pride, where LGBTQ+ community members will “feel like part of the art”. The exhibition is a mosaic rainbow bath where guests will be able to get an Instagrammable picture that matches their colourful Pride attires.
The creative Laura chose to work with on the Baltic event is known as TitsUpArtist Liverpool - a mosaic artist who is “fiercely proud of her roots and passionate about promoting positive messages throughout the community”. The artist told the ECHO: "Pride for me is all about celebrating diversity, it’s a time where people can be free, they can be their authentic selves surrounded by unity, love and solidarity. The mosaic bath installation for me was a creative and artistic way of bringing people together and celebrating that diversity as much as possible."
