Israel's Minister for Diaspora Affairs, Amichai Chikli, has stated that Israel will not target hospitals in Gaza that have civilians inside, even if Hamas is operating from within. Chikli emphasized the importance of evacuating wounded individuals to a safe zone in the south of Gaza with the help of the international community.
