'Grave state of roads' sees organiser of popular family cycling event pull the plug on this year's ride cycling
route as"grave" and said it would be"very dangerous to cycle through".
"Everyone loves it and they're really disappointed we've had to cancel it this year," he said."It's just too dangerous for families and cyclists to ride the route. "However, we are dealing with a large number of potholes across the county and cannot unfortunately focus all our resources on a single event," a spokesperson said.
