ITV has reportedly decided to shelve plans for a third series of Starstruck, which sees Beverley Knight, Adam Lambert, Jason Manford and even Shania Twain as the judges
The talent show was a modernised version of Stars In Their Eyes and saw contestants performing as their idols in a bid to win a whopping £50,000 prize.
However, plans for a series three have reportedly been shelved by ITV as the broadcaster apparently wants to try a different show. An ITV spokesperson told OK!: "Starstruck has been a successful new entertainment format for ITV1 and ITVX, consistently holding its slot in our schedules. We haven’t yet confirmed a third series but are in regular conversations with the show’s producers Remarkable."
