James and Ola Jordan show off six stone weight loss as they reveal 15-minute workout
Speaking about how they did it, they joked on Instagram: "Hey watch us lose 6 1/2 Stone in 6 seconds.
"We lost 2 Stone between us in a fortnight. Pretty crazy eh?! But we had a lot to lose and you always lose more in the first couple of weeks. They gave fans a glimpse of their slimmer figure while joined by their daughter Ella, two, in front of the tree.
