James Corden was banned from a New York restaurant for allegedly 'abusive' behaviour towards staff. However, the star has since "apologised profusely" for his actions at Balthazar in Manhattan, and the ban has been lifted.
One detailed how the actor been "extremely nasty" to a server and threatened to leave a bad review. And the other manager explained how Corden had yelled "like crazy" when his wife had been bought an egg yolk omelette with a small amount of white in.However, the British TV star seems to be back in McNally's good books having called him up to apologise on Monday night. In a later post, the restaurant owner said: "James Corden just called me and apologised profusely.
Earlier, McNally had said he'd "86'd" Corden for his behaviour - an industry term for refusing to serve someone. In the original post, he said: "James Corden is a Hugely gifted comedian, but a tiny Cretin of a man. And the most abusive customer to my Balthazar servers since the restaurant opened 25 years ago. I don't often 86 a customer, to today I 86'd Corden. It did not make me laugh."In June, James Corden was here on table 61.
