The news of his suspension comes after he agreed to step down as her conservator, in what Britney's lawyer has called a 'massive legal victory'. Mr Spears filed papers in a Los Angeles court to end the 13-year agreement, writing that Britney "is entitled to have this court now seriously consider whether this conservatorship is no longer required".

Spears revealed that "six different nurses" came to her home for a month to administer the medication and said "Not only did my family not do a goddamn thing, my dad was all for it."
